Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer specialized in HVAC to drive our business growth in the Egyptian market. The role combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen to secure new projects and maintain key client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned targets.
• Identify and pursue new HVAC project opportunities across commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, industrial, oil & gas, and data‑center sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, project owners and other decision‑makers.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender documents.
• Present HVAC solutions and provide technical consultations to clients.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement and project teams during bidding and execution.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms.
• Monitor project pipelines, maintain accurate sales forecasts and follow up on approvals and specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover business opportunities.
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and prepare periodic sales reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in HVAC project sales.
• Proven track record with chillers, air‑handling units, fan‑coil units, package units and precision cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH).
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, industrial, oil & gas or data‑center projects is highly preferred.
• Established network with consultants, contractors, developers and project owners in Egypt.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Maximum age of 45 years.
