Senior Salesforce Manager (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Manager for a three‑month remote contract to lead and coordinate our Salesforce initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the platform delivers value and aligns with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Salesforce projects, enhancements, and transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Manage and coordinate developers, administrators, consultants, architects, and external partners.
• Define and maintain a Salesforce roadmap that reflects business priorities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, and platform performance.
• Establish governance, development standards, and security best practices.
• Monitor delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Support UAT, release management, and production deployments while ensuring high data quality and adoption.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce.
• 3+ years in a senior, lead, or managerial Salesforce role.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional technical and functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering projects in an Agile environment.
