Senior Site Engineer – Cairo

About the role

The Senior Site Engineer will lead on‑site construction activities in Cairo, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to design specifications. You will coordinate resources, resolve technical challenges, and guide site teams toward successful project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction work in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan and coordinate activities with subcontractors, site teams, and internal departments.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and schedules to confirm alignment with project goals.
• Monitor labor, material, and equipment usage for optimal efficiency.
• Enforce HSE regulations and company safety policies on site.
• Address technical issues promptly to prevent delays or quality issues.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Participate in project meetings, provide technical input, and coordinate inspections.
• Manage RFIs, punch‑list items, as‑built drawings, and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of site construction experience on large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site tasks simultaneously.
