Senior Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead site operations on large‑scale construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and expenditures to keep the project on schedule and within financial targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage communication between the project team, clients, and on‑site personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management software.
