Senior Soft Services Area Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Soft Services Area Manager to oversee multi-site operations. In this strategic role, you will ensure the seamless delivery of essential facility services while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and operational excellence within a demanding environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise multi-site soft services operations, including cleaning, laundry, waste management, pest control, and related services.
• Ensure strict compliance with healthcare industry hygiene standards, safety regulations, and infection control requirements.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to drive high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, service quality, and client satisfaction levels across all assigned sites.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conduct regular audits, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Proactively manage operational challenges and ensure rapid resolution of on-site issues.
• Support business objectives by maintaining premium service standards across the entire portfolio.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in soft services management, ideally within the healthcare sector or managing multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing large, diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations and handle complex operational challenges effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of sanitary regulations, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
