Senior Systems Administrator (Hybrid Cloud & On-Premise)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to ensure the stability, security, and continuous operation of our enterprise-wide infrastructure. In this mission-critical role, you will manage a complex environment spanning both on-premise and cloud ecosystems, playing a key part in our technological resilience.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot core systems, including patch management and regular backups.
• Lead and support infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Group Policy).
• Manage identity and access services across Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Operate virtualization platforms and enterprise storage systems.
• Oversee backup and disaster recovery operations, including rigorous restoration testing.
• Execute vulnerability remediation cycles and endpoint security management.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability to prevent and resolve incidents.
• Maintain accurate asset inventories (servers, devices, licenses, and warranties).
• Provide high-level escalation support to internal teams and document all technical procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Systems Administrator in a complex environment.
• Strong expertise in hybrid infrastructures (On-premise & Cloud).
• Ability to handle on-call rotations and participate in scheduled maintenance windows.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to incident prevention.
• Excellent technical documentation skills.
