Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – MENA & North Africa

About the role

ARX is expanding its presence in the Middle East and Africa and seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for engineering and technical talent across the GCC, Egypt, and Tunisia. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process and act as a strategic partner to regional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for complex engineering disciplines such as civil, structural, MEP, infrastructure, renewable energy, project management and digital engineering.
• Develop and execute localized sourcing strategies for North African and MENA talent pools, using advanced sourcing techniques, headhunting and professional networks.
• Partner with project managers and engineering leads to understand project pipelines, technical requirements and mobilization timelines.
• Provide insights on regional talent trends, salary benchmarks, competitor mapping and local labor‑law considerations.
• Represent ARX at universities, career fairs and industry conferences to build a pipeline of early‑career and senior engineering talent.

Required profile

• Dynamic, results‑driven senior recruiter with deep knowledge of the engineering consultancy market in the GCC and North Africa.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of cultural, regulatory and labor‑market nuances across Egypt, Tunisia, GCC and Levant countries.
• Excellent networking abilities and experience engaging with academic institutions and industry events.
