Senior Technical Office Engineer – Façade

About the role

AluNile is seeking a Senior Technical Office Engineer specialized in façade and aluminium works. You will lead the shop‑drawing process, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure technical solutions meet quality, schedule and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and study design drawings together with the Design Manager.
• Organise regular meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to clarify architectural requirements.
• Supervise junior shop‑drawing architects, providing technical assistance and reviewing their work.
• Prepare accurate digital shop drawings that comply with project specifications.
• Conduct an initial quantity survey to support the Procurement department.
• Submit monthly progress reports to the Architectural Project Manager.
• Gather and compile technical data from all disciplines (civil, structural, MEP) for full coordination.
• Ensure delivery of solutions on time, within budget and to required standards.
• Collaborate with business teams to define project requirements and develop new or enhanced solutions.
• Assist in prospecting, tendering and developing innovative approaches for client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 5‑7 years of experience in the aluminium façade field.
• Excellent communication skills.
