SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to optimise client websites, increase organic traffic and improve user engagement. You will assess current performance, implement best‑practice SEO techniques and help generate leads that drive profit growth.

Key responsibilities

• Increase organic and paid search traffic while encouraging user interaction.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify valuable search terms and trends.
• Develop, monitor and maintain keyword strategies to ensure optimal content ranking.
• Collaborate with content teams to optimise on‑page elements.
• Execute a range of SEO activities, including technical audits, URL restructuring, fixing broken links, and adding missing metadata.
• Perform competitor analysis and track competitors' SEO tactics.
• Analyse KPIs such as organic traffic, SERP rankings, brand vs non‑brand clicks and SEO‑generated leads.
• Apply UX and conversion‑rate optimisation methods.
• Stay up‑to‑date with search engine algorithm changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Experience managing SEO projects, digital metrics and web analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
