About the role

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our After‑Sales team. You will be the primary liaison between customers and the service centre, ensuring a smooth, professional service experience for every vehicle.

Key responsibilities

Receive customers, understand their vehicle needs and document concerns.
Prepare accurate job cards, coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repair.
Explain required repairs, service recommendations and cost estimates to customers.
Provide regular service updates, ensure timely vehicle delivery and handle inquiries or complaints.
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records and follow up post‑service to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or related field.
1–3 years experience as a Service Advisor or similar automotive after‑sales role.
Very good English proficiency.
