ServiceNow Developer – Senior Associate

About the role

The ServiceNow Developer – Senior Associate will design, develop, and maintain custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve business efficiency for PwC’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and modules on ServiceNow.
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, and client/server scripts using JavaScript.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, release planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce platform standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – required.
• ServiceNow ITSM certification – preferred.
• Senior‑level expertise with a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules.

• Proficient JavaScript (client‑side and server‑side scripting).

• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
