Silo Storage Solutions Sales Manager

About the role

The Silo Storage Solutions Sales Manager will lead the development of the regional market for silo and bulk storage solutions, building strong relationships with key players in the grain, feed and agro‑industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with feed mills, grain traders, flour mills and agricultural investors.
• Establish and manage sales channels, including agents, distributors and industry consultants.
• Track project opportunities such as greenfield storage projects, plant expansions and modernisation programmes, and prepare technical proposals and commercial quotations.
• Support bidding processes, negotiate contracts and coordinate with engineering, procurement and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor contract performance, manage receivables and mitigate commercial risks.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, technical seminars and customer visits to strengthen brand presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Civil, Agricultural, Automation/Industrial Engineering, Marketing or International Trade.
• 3–5 years of experience in silo/storage systems, bulk material handling, feed‑mill or grain‑related projects, or EPC industries.
• Proven track record in project‑based or solution sales.
• Existing network within the grain, feed, agriculture or industrial sectors is a strong advantage.
