Site Acquisition Negotiator

About the role

AFRO Egypt is seeking a Site Acquisition Negotiator to support the Huawei TE‑LTE Acquisition Project in Cairo and the Delta region. The role involves identifying, negotiating and securing sites for telecom infrastructure, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct surveys around proposed locations to select sites that meet technical specifications.
• Negotiate rental values, contract durations and payment terms with property owners.
• Collect and verify all required legal ownership documents.
• Apply for and obtain governmental permits for base‑station installation and commercial power connection.
• Coordinate with local authorities, governorates, environmental, agricultural, interior, civil aviation and electricity agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
• Technical background preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in telecom site acquisition.
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
