Site Architectural Engineer

About the role

The Site Architectural Engineer will supervise and coordinate all architectural construction and fit‑out activities on‑site, ensuring that works are delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily architectural construction and fit‑out tasks on multiple sites.
• Verify that all works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress to the project manager.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and MEP teams to resolve design and execution issues.
• Review and interpret architectural, shop and detail drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in architectural site engineering, construction or fit‑out projects.
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, hospitality or administrative building projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of architectural finishing works such as flooring, ceilings, partitions, painting, doors, windows and façade.
• Ability to work on‑site, travel between project locations and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project (advantage).
• Basic understanding of local building codes and HSE requirements.
