Site Construction Field Supervision Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Site Construction Field Supervision Engineer to provide structural engineering services and technical support on a large‑scale nuclear power plant (NPP) project. You will work closely with the construction supervision team to ensure compliance with design and EPC contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction of NPP facilities and associated structures, flagging non‑compliance.
• Support client civil construction site inspections and participate in safety, environmental and hazard assessments.
• Review, comment on, and draft client correspondence related to site construction.
• Report project performance against baseline plans.
• Ensure technical changes are approved per EPC contract procedures and regulatory standards.
• Represent Worley at internal and external project meetings.
• Review as‑built documentation for completeness according to contract and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of construction field supervision experience.
• Experience on nuclear‑related construction projects (NPP required).
• Proven ability to work in multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills; fluent English, Russian a plus.
