About the role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence across digital platforms. The role involves planning content, engaging audiences, tracking performance, and executing campaigns that boost awareness and conversions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Manage daily social media activities, including comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to produce engaging content.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns and budgets.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve performance.
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Basic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational abilities.
