Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are a creative arts hub that trains actors, filmmakers and content creators. We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who will build and nurture our brand across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the weekly content calendar on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Write engaging captions that reflect the brand’s voice.
• Manage direct messages and comments, respond within two hours and convert warm leads.
• Run daily Stories with polls, countdowns and calls‑to‑action.
• Track analytics weekly, report performance and adjust strategy.
• Coordinate with the Reel Creator and Graphic Designer to produce visual content.

Required profile

• Understanding of brand building beyond basic social media mechanics.
• Strong Arabic copywriting skills and good English proficiency.
• Proven experience managing Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts.
• Ability to read analytics and make data‑driven decisions.
