About the role
We are looking for a proactive Social Media Sales Moderator to engage customers across multiple channels, drive sales, and support our marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via calls, messages, and social media platforms.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and generate qualified leads.
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
- Prepare regular reports and share insights with the Marketing Manager.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication and selling abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree (graduates only).
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts.
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and close deals.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
