Software AI Testing Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to lead software AI testing initiatives. You will ensure the quality and reliability of AI models and large‑language‑model (LLM) solutions delivered to clients, working closely with project teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a product‑quality overview for assigned projects and create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute defined test cases, including AI model and LLM validation, and report status, issues, and impact.
• Identify, document, and mitigate product‑quality risks, acting as the primary single point of contact for testing communications.
• Collaborate with client project managers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues that could affect scope or timelines.
• Summarize and present product‑quality results at the project level and suggest process improvements.
• Support customer transformation projects by planning and conducting testing on external systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in testing AI models and LLM validation.
• Strong ability to design test plans, execute test cases, and manage defects.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Senior‑level mindset with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
