About the role

Overjet is seeking a motivated Software Engineer II to join its fast‑growing engineering team. You will help build AI‑driven software products that empower dental practices and insurers to deliver better patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑impact software solutions for dental and insurance customers.
• Write efficient, scalable code while ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
• Partner with cross‑functional product teams to define technical direction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and help improve development processes.
• Take part in regular and ad‑hoc on‑call rotations.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in Computer Science or a related field.
• Significant experience writing production code and delivering software products.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, mission‑focused environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
