Solutions Engineer (Remote) – Egypt

About the role

Talkpush is looking for a Solutions Engineer to lead the launch of its AI‑first recruitment platform in Egypt. This fully remote position focuses on configuring the product for enterprise customers, solving technical issues, and building a local community of recruitment professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Own a queue of customer tickets, configure Autoflows, integrations, and bot interactions to meet client needs.
• Audit existing setups, optimise performance, response quality and adoption.
• Run weekly technical check‑ins with recruitment managers and translate pain points into platform tweaks.
• Organise monthly in‑person meet‑ups in Cairo or Alexandria to grow the Talkpush community.
• Review and optimise AI interview agent configurations, spotting performance issues before customers do.

Required profile

• Background in Level 2/3 technical support, configuration‑heavy roles, business analysis, industrial engineering or development with customer‑facing duties.
• Proven experience working with enterprise customers over long periods.
• Native or fluent Arabic and strong professional English.
• Resilient, pragmatic, and comfortable working independently on detailed configuration tasks.

Required skills

• Light scripting (vibe‑code) and prompt engineering.
• Agent configuration for AI interview bots.
• Workflow automation tools.
• Configuration of Autoflows and system integrations.
