Spare Parts Wholesale Supervisor – Automotive Sales

About the role

We are seeking a driven Spare Parts Wholesale Supervisor to lead our automotive parts sales in Greater Cairo. The role focuses on expanding relationships with retailers, merchants and wholesale customers while meeting sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop wholesale spare parts sales activities to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with parts retailers, merchants, wholesalers, and key market accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration within the automotive spare parts sector.
• Monitor customer demand, sales performance, and market trends to support business growth.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and service levels.
• Follow up on stock availability, pricing strategies, promotions, and backorders to maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, KPI reports, and performance analysis for management review.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and strong long‑term business relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Owns a car and a valid driving license (car allowance applies).
• Proven experience in automotive spare parts wholesale sales/distribution.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive spare parts market, including dealers, traders, retailers, and wholesalers.
• Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation and account management skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, target‑driven environment.
• Very good command of English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
