Specialist Learning Management (French Speaker)

About the role

The Specialist Learning Management supports Henkel's Global Business Solutions in Cairo, operating within the HRDirect process to manage learning and leadership training programs. The role ensures smooth end‑to‑end delivery of training initiatives for local HR teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Organise learning and leadership trainings, handling system bookings, financial processing and post‑training evaluation.
• Monitor training quality, collect feedback and analyse success metrics.
• Produce training statistics, recommend improvements and develop action plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, establish communication channels and ensure service‑delivery satisfaction.
• Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• 0‑3 years of operational experience, preferably in HR operations.
• Strong interest in information technologies, automation and robotics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
