Specialist Logistics Supply & Acquisition

About the role

Talabat is seeking a Specialist Logistics Supply & Acquisition to lead the expansion and optimisation of its third‑party logistics (3PL) network. The role ensures sufficient delivery supply, drives partner performance and supports the rollout of new cities, zones or services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard new 3PL partners aligned with business expansion plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with logistics providers and conduct regular business reviews.
• Analyse supply‑demand gaps, forecast logistics needs and plan capacity across zones.
• Optimise 3PL allocation, monitor performance against KPIs and drive improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Talabat standards, policies and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and product teams to integrate 3PL partners smoothly.
• Support the rollout of new cities, zones or services by securing logistics supply.
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to 3PL performance and scalability.
• Monitor key metrics, generate reports and use data insights to identify cost‑saving and service‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations or partnerships.
• Proven experience in sourcing, onboarding or managing 3PL partners is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
