Store Manager – Hurghada

About the role

DeFacto is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead its Hurghada location. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the brand’s visual standards in a fast‑fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while monitoring KPIs and product performance.
• Oversee store operations, including stock deliveries, transfers, returns, and cash management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the right products are displayed at the right time.
• Control store expenses, monitor audit compliance, and manage financial reporting.
• Collaborate with merchandising, area management, and visual merchandising teams to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team, conducting regular meetings and performance reviews.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of retail and fast‑fashion experience, including visual merchandising and stock management.
• Strong English communication skills and a proven commercial track record.
• Team‑oriented, dynamic, and results‑driven with strong problem‑solving abilities.
