Studio Manager

About the role

XR Experience for Media & Advertising is seeking a proactive Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations in Maadi, Egypt. You will act as the central hub between creative, production, and client teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee studio day‑to‑day operations, managing workflows and resource allocation.
• Maintain studio facilities, equipment, and enforce safety protocols.
• Coordinate project schedules from brief to final delivery, meeting all deadlines.
• Serve as primary client liaison, understanding requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
• Prepare estimates, manage quotations, and support account coordination when needed.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise internal staff and freelancers.
• Monitor team performance, providing guidance to uphold quality standards.
• Manage budgets, billing, invoicing, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in studio management, project management, or agency operations.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and freelancers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced creative environment and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management tools and production workflows.
• Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and financial management processes.
