SuccessFactors ECP Payroll Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions. You will act as the subject‑matter expert, ensuring payroll operations are optimized, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors ECP Payroll implementations to meet business requirements.
• Analyze existing payroll processes, identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design or enhance organizational structures to improve payroll effectiveness and efficiency.
• Establish and implement payroll best practices for compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and drive alignment.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams for decision‑making and issue resolution.
• Provide clear project status updates to stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen payroll and implementation expertise.
• Address complex challenges affecting multiple teams and business areas.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong background in payroll process design and implementation.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders and guiding teams.
