Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

Palm Outsourcing is seeking a remote Supply Chain Coordinator to support a fast‑growing international distribution company. You will be the central point for freight bookings, shipment tracking, and data accuracy across a busy fulfilment operation serving both B2B and D2C markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage freight bookings via shared inbox and keep internal systems up to date.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, resolve discrepancies, and monitor delayed or on‑hold items.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly performance and cost reports.
• Audit monthly 3PL invoices and reconcile data with precision.
• Maintain detailed records, follow structured workflows and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics or related operational roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with remote work and flexible hours.

• Excel (advanced spreadsheet handling).
