Talent & Operations Executive

About the role

Palm Outsourcing is seeking a proactive Talent & Operations Executive to join its core team during a pivotal growth phase. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment processes, drive outbound headhunting, and build repeatable operational workflows that enhance the speed and quality of hiring for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for niche roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Conduct outbound headhunting using LinkedIn and other channels with personalised outreach.
• Run structured candidate screens, maintain scorecards, and move candidates through trials and interviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, human communication throughout the process.
• Work hands‑on with AI‑powered recruiting tools, creating and refining automations.
• Maintain clean candidate pipelines, track data accurately, and continuously improve workflows.
• Post job listings across multiple platforms, keeping them accurate and visible to top talent.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to source and persuade candidates proactively.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail in candidate data and notes.
• Self‑starter who can move quickly while maintaining quality.
• Regular user of AI tools for outreach, CV summarisation, shortlisting, and note‑taking.
• Comfortable learning and operating multiple recruitment tools daily.
