Team Leader Architect

About the role

DCI+ Architects is looking for a Team Leader Architect to manage and guide the architectural design team in Nasr City. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with building codes, delivering high‑quality drawings on time, and coordinating with consultants and authorities to obtain permits.

Key responsibilities

• Review building codes and verify their validity to secure permits.
• Deliver architectural drawings according to the project schedule.
• Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers.
• Coordinate with consulting firms and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the design process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience in architectural consulting.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience using other architectural design software.
