About the role

The CIDEAL Foundation seeks a specialized technical assistant to design and deliver practical commercialization coaching for 100 emerging entrepreneurs in Luxor and Aswan. The role focuses on facilitating market access, optimizing marketing and sales strategies, and strengthening digital presence for tourism‑related businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a technical assistance programme tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs in Luxor and Aswan.
• Deliver training on e‑commerce strategies, product catalogue optimisation and digital marketing.
• Support entrepreneurs in launching their products to national and international markets.
• Coordinate with the Helmak incubator to monitor progress and ensure alignment with programme objectives.
• Provide ongoing guidance to improve entrepreneurs’ digital sales and communication channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering e‑commerce or digital marketing training.
• Ability to work with emerging entrepreneurs, especially women and youth, in the tourism sector.
• Strong understanding of market access and commercialization coaching.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Luxor and Aswan.
