Technical I – IT Operations

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Technical I in IT Operations, where you will support the delivery of technology infrastructure and security solutions for a global workforce. You will work under the guidance of the IT Operations Manager, handling hardware, software, and network tasks in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Mount and install switches in the IDF and patch workstations.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades on peripheral equipment.
• Respond to break/fix incidents and resolve technology‑related issues reported by internal and external clients.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for computer hardware and software across sites.
• Conduct site maintenance, safety checks, and ensure antivirus definitions and Microsoft patches are up to date.
• Spend the majority of time (60‑70%) clearing trouble tickets and work orders promptly.
• Make independent decisions to correct errors or discrepancies in tickets.
• Complete mandatory training within required timeframes and attend regular 1:1 meetings with the manager.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience working in a call‑center environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• MCSA certification.
• SCCM certification.
• BigFix certification.
