Technical Implementer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Implementer to lead end‑to‑end software deployments for our clients in Cairo. The role combines client interaction, solution configuration and post‑implementation support to ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of software solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Analyze client business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure, customize and integrate enterprise software according to best practices.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support during and after rollout.
• Conduct user training sessions and produce comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with development, support and sales teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting and quality assurance.
• Monitor project milestones, report progress and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated on product features, updates and industry trends.
• Collect client feedback and relay insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Male candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in software implementation or technical consulting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
