Technical Office Architect Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Technical Office Architect Engineer to support the Hyde Park Project in 6th of October or New Cairo. The role involves preparing and coordinating architectural documentation, supporting construction teams, and ensuring compliance with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, working drawings, and as‑built drawings.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications for compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs and material submittals.
• Follow up on technical approvals and maintain project documentation.
• Provide technical support to construction and site teams.
• Assist in project planning, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 4–7 years of experience in technical office activities within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, quantity surveying, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in residential or mixed‑use projects is preferred.
