Technical Office Engineer – Architecture

About the role

The Technical Office Engineer – Architecture will support the project team by managing architectural documentation, coordinating multidisciplinary drawings, and ensuring compliance with design specifications throughout the construction phase.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural contract drawings, specifications and bill of quantities.
• Prepare, review and coordinate architectural shop drawings.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP and other disciplines to resolve drawing clashes.
• Prepare and submit material submittals, samples and technical documentation for consultant approval.
• Review RFIs and provide technical clarifications.
• Assist the site team in solving technical issues during construction.
• Ensure all architectural works meet project specifications, standards and approved drawings.
• Support quantity take‑offs and material estimation.
• Review subcontractors' shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Maintain document control and monitor drawing revisions.
• Participate in value‑engineering initiatives and coordination meetings with consultants, clients and project teams.
• Prepare as‑built drawings upon project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 2–5 years of experience in a technical office role on construction projects.
• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality or mixed‑use projects is preferred.
