Technical Office Engineer (Technical Designer)

About the role

The Technical Office Engineer (Technical Designer) will convert approved 3D designs into precise technical sheets and working drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements, standards, material specifications, and site conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical sheets and working drawings based on approved 3D models.
• Review project requirements, building codes, life‑safety regulations, MEP permits, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with site supervision to incorporate as‑built changes.
• Produce drawings with accurate calculated dimensions.
• Collaborate with design teams, project managers, clients, and contractors.
• Assess lighting designs and MEP coordination for technical feasibility.
• Identify technical issues and propose alternative material solutions.
• Present design progress, gather feedback, and refine technical drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate drawings on time.
