Technical Office Manager

About the role

The Technical Office Manager will lead the technical office activities for VRE Developments' projects, based on‑site in El Tagamoa El Khames. The role ensures engineering drawings, specifications and documentation are accurate and compliant, supporting smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate engineering drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Prepare and review reports, manage technical submittals and RFIs.
• Track project progress, support cost and time optimization.
• Implement quality standards and monitor compliance with codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers and external consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Provide guidance and supervision to technical staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Strong technical background in engineering or construction management.
• Experience coordinating technical office, site teams and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations and quality standards.
• Proactive problem‑solving and risk identification.
