Technical Sales Engineer – HVAC & Fire‑fighting Solutions

About the role

Omega Eng. & Trading is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to promote its HVAC, refrigeration and fire‑fighting product portfolio across Egypt. The role combines technical expertise with sales activities, supporting customers from initial inquiry through post‑sale service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial offers, responding to customer inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and distributors to ensure accurate quotations and timely delivery.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical support, including product selection, application advice and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site visits, product presentations and training sessions for contractors and end‑users.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of opportunities, quotations and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build long‑term relationships, monitor market trends and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong technical sales and sales engineering capabilities with proven pipeline management and negotiation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC or fire‑fighting systems, with ability to read technical drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel across Egypt for customer visits.
• Driver’s license preferred.
