About the role
Overjet is the world‑leader in dental AI, delivering a SaaS platform that helps dentists identify patient needs and explain treatments with AI visualisations. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be the primary support contact for our IRIS Image Capture platform, working remotely with candidates based in Lahore or Cairo.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to live customers via email, phone and virtual meetings.
- Utilise cloud‑based and open‑source tools and frameworks to solve complex data problems.
- Write efficient, scalable code while maintaining high code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, clinical and customer‑success teams to streamline support processes.
- Participate in on‑call rotations during non‑working hours as needed.
Required profile
- Strong academic background in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2‑5 years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS environments.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably with dental practice management or imaging systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, mission‑focused environment.
Required skills
- Experience with cloud‑based tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with open‑source frameworks.
- Software development and debugging skills.
- Understanding of SaaS product support.
