About the role
The Telephone Operator joins the Guest Experience team at Le Méridien, Cairo International Airport. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inbound and outbound calls and supporting a seamless stay experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route guest telephone inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and special requests via phone.
- Document guest interactions and relay messages to relevant departments.
- Maintain a tidy work area and ensure telephone equipment functions correctly.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
- Professional appearance and adherence to company policies.
