Telesales Agent – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic entry‑level Telesales Agents to join our on‑site team in New Cairo. You will be the voice of Views‑EG, contacting prospective customers by phone, presenting our products and services, and helping them find the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively call potential customers to introduce and promote our offerings.
• Deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations tailored to each prospect.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product and service knowledge.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and share insights.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience or recent graduate eager to start a sales career.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a willingness to meet and exceed targets.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
