Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our energetic team in Maadi, Cairo. In this role you will engage existing students, present course renewal options, and help them continue their learning journey while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers by phone to introduce course renewal options and increase conversion rates.
• Follow up regularly to understand students' learning needs and propose personalized renewal solutions.
• Monitor student progress and analyze performance data to develop effective renewal strategies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a smooth renewal experience.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 + year experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to understand and address customer needs.
• Target‑driven mindset with a positive, results‑oriented approach.
• Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on performance and commission.
