Telesales Representative

About the role

Join Memphis Tours Egypt’s growing Hajj & Umrah team as a Telesales Representative. You will be the first point of contact for clients embarking on a spiritual journey, helping them navigate travel packages and secure their bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients.
• Present Hajj and Umrah packages clearly and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel options.
• Guide clients through the booking process until confirmation.
• Follow up on leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate with operations and customer service teams.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to make people feel comfortable.
• Clear and supportive communication style.
• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
