Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to engage existing customers, present course renewal options, and drive conversion. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customers receive personalized solutions that match their learning needs.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to introduce renewal options and increase conversion rates.
• Maintain regular follow‑up to understand learning needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions.
• Monitor students’ progress, analyse performance data, and develop appropriate renewal strategies.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high satisfaction throughout the renewal process.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and address customer needs.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a positive, results‑oriented mindset.
• High motivation to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on performance and commission.
