Telesales Representative – Training Programs

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to promote our training programs to potential and existing clients in Giza. You will use phone outreach to understand client needs, recommend suitable courses, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to present training offerings.
• Explain program details clearly and answer client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with training and customer support teams to ensure smooth enrollment.
• Gather client feedback and support marketing campaigns.
• Contribute ideas to improve scripts and sales approaches.

Required profile

• Excellent phone etiquette, active listening and clear communication.
• Customer service mindset with ability to resolve concerns.
• Proven telesales or inside‑sales experience, preferably in services or education.
• Interest in training, skills development, or learning solutions.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Professional, reliable and goal‑oriented attitude.
