Telesales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Telesales Specialist to turn inbound leads into subscribed users of our medical services. The role involves phone and chat interactions, handling objections, and ensuring a smooth conversion process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle telesales calls to convert leads into active medical service subscriptions.
• Manage chat interactions within the acquisition queue and drive conversion.
• Clearly present service options and guide users toward subscription decisions.
• Update CRM/database with accurate call outcomes, user status, and key insights.
• Ensure consistent follow‑up to maximize conversion from leads to subscribers.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and chat platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent communication skills in Arabic (spoken and written).
