Telesales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Telesales Specialist to join our clinic team in Cairo. The role focuses on both outbound and inbound calls, promoting our medical services and helping patients schedule appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to introduce clinic services and explain medical offerings.
• Guide patients through the appointment‑booking process and recommend appropriate services based on their needs.
• Maintain accurate patient and lead records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow‑up on all inquiries.
• Support marketing and patient‑engagement campaigns aimed at increasing clinic utilisation.
• Collaborate with customer service, marketing and clinic operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Proven telesales or sales experience, preferably in healthcare, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience handling patient concerns and providing a positive service experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, manage a high volume of calls and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, communications or a related field is preferred.
