Tender Engineer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Cairo, Egypt, focuses on preparing, analysing and managing tender submissions for construction projects. The Tender Engineer ensures bids meet client requirements and are delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical drawings.
• Conduct cost and material analysis and prepare cost estimates.
• Coordinate with design, project and procurement teams to compile tender documents.
• Manage the submission process to ensure timely delivery of competitive bids.
• Maintain communication with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to support accurate tender information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Experience in tender documentation, cost estimation and project budgeting.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of construction standards, materials and industry best practices.
• Previous experience in design, construction or general contracting is an advantage.
