Test Center Administrator (Temporary)

About the role

The Test Center Administrator works in the LSU Alexandria Testing Center, serving as the primary point of contact for examinees. This fixed‑term position requires maintaining a secure, orderly environment while supporting the testing process.

Key responsibilities

• Greet examinees, verify identification, and ensure compliance with testing policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and handle incidents of invalid identification.
• Operate computer equipment, manage office supplies, and keep the testing area clean and comfortable.
• Monitor site and test security, report and resolve any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with property management to address environmental conditions.
• Address examinee misconduct according to center standards and refer complex cases to supervisors.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to memorize and apply testing protocols accurately.
• Quick learner of new technical procedures.
• Experience in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments is preferred.
