Training and Development Specialist

About the role

Daftra, a leading cloud‑based SaaS provider for enterprise management across the Arab region, is looking for a Training and Development Specialist. You will design and deliver product knowledge and sales training that empowers new hires and existing staff to excel in their roles.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules with HR and deliver product knowledge sessions for Accounting & ERP solutions.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials (slides, docs, micro‑learning) aligned with new feature releases.
• Implement blended learning methods such as presentations, simulations, role‑plays, and micro‑learning.
• Track trainee progress, administer assessments, and generate daily attendance and performance reports.
• Spend 2–4 hours per month in live Technical Support operations to stay current with floor conditions.
• Participate in calibration meetings, communicate updates to Operations, and provide feedback on system bugs and workflow improvements.
• Support broader development initiatives, including soft‑skill and sales competency sessions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a trainer/facilitator in a SaaS, product‑knowledge, or BPO‑style technical support environment.
• Proven ability to design and deliver hybrid (in‑person and virtual) learning programs.
• Strong business‑process understanding and the capacity to translate changes into training content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
